Define the learning strategy in support of business needs. Take the corporate learning program and structure it to fit the local requirements.
Raise the necessary detection of training needs. Offer coaching to the different business units. Forecast training needs.
Define and implement career paths, locate the potential within the company and help develop it.
Support operation needs in relation to recruitment, compensation, and labour relations.
Lead the implementation of SAP.
Perfil deseado:
Ability to mange groups with leadership and diplomacy.
An acertive, hands-on character is required.
Knowledge of SAP, to have led an implementation wil be a diferential.
Experience: 5 to 8 years within Human Resources, at least 3 years in Organizational Development.
Ability to maintain business conversations in english is a must.
