Oferta:
Responsible for developing and driving profitable long term growth in the B1 and select B2 accounts.
- Develop and drive credible and productive long term relations in order to maximize the value of the Healthcare business unit
- Develop senior and executive customer management level relations
- Undestands customer price targets and competitive offertinf
- implement and drive the account plan, including tailored value propositions.
- negotiate, generate agreement with the assigned accounts, coordinate and drive account
- responsible for the sales forecast
- leads the district account team and drives other disciplines such as Sales specilist, project management, operations and customer survices.
- support the cluster, regional solution team to implement strategic sales, service solution services.
- responsible for reporting customer feedback according to aplplicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality and regulatory training in a timely manner.
Perfil deseado:
- authority to make decisions on all sales and service activities in the assigned dristirct/ accounts as directed by the district manager in line with the strategy of the region.
- Account profitability, account growth, customer satisfaction, order intake, price realization and sales, product mix including services, forescast accuracy and CRM funnel amanagements information.
- Degree level education.
- Proven track record in a sales or account management role prefereably in healthcare or B2B
- Experience working within and preferably leading a cross functional team.
- fluent english, verbal and written.
