We are looking for a Vice President of M&A - DCM to report directly to the head of Investment Banking and lead a team of junior-level investment bankers. In the present climate, the acquisitions by LATAM banks have fueled M&A - DCM activity in their respective niche markets, and this is an excellent opportunity for a VP-level banker to further gain deal experience and begin building a client base.
Perfil deseado:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
-Previous experience in M&A and DCM is required
-Work in cross-border deals is highly preferred
-Exceptionally strong technical and client-facing skills
