Determine the necessary actions in terms of virtual and face to face learning needs and learning courses.
Locate the different talents within the company and map them in order to create the necessary talent strategy with focus on supporting business needs.
Design and lead the team in implementing the performance reviews, lead in the subsequent analysis and develop necessary strategies and actions.
Create the necessary career plans in order to retain top talent and develop those employees who are underperforming.
Work with the rest of the HR team to offer support in terms of recruitment and compensation.

Perfil deseado:

University degree is a must, to hold a Masters in related subjects will be a differential.
To have 8 to 12 years within the Human Resources department. To have had a managing position for at least 4 years. Experience leading Learning and Organizational Development projects and/or departments.
Business English is a must.
Active, hands- on individual looking for a challenging role.
Availability to travel.
