Oferta:

Strategize, develop, manage and execute sales and marketing plans to rapidly grow new and existing sales for Automotive Parts markets
Develop and expand our business of leasing IBCs for packaging, transportation and storage of goods/cargoes for Automotive customers (OEMs, Tiered Suppliers)
Accelerate and deliver business objectives in terms of revenue, margin and market-share
Build and optimize sales through effective business partnership with all stakeholders including new market channels (Auto logistics providers)
Ensure country Sales budgets/targets are achieved
Ensure customer packaging, transportation and storage services are met

Perfil deseado:

Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or related discipline
Minimum 7 years experience with OEM in the automotive industry dealing with Packaging Engineering and Logistics Planning (including returnable packaging planning & logistics, packaging equipment design and sourcing)
Logistics Planning know-how to include integration of value-added services into offerings, optimizing asset/loads utilization, minimizing costs (including transportation cycles, modes/routes/consolidations/carrier combinations, multi-hub and multi-leg operations)
Experience in automotive parts supply chain planning and management from a global perspective
Extensive experience working with tiered suppliers in Auto industry
Strong client relationships and contacts with key decision makers
Excellent sales, marketing, presentation, negotiation, communications, interpersonal skills
Proven sales/marketing/business growth track record, including new market penetration
Dynamic and creative individual with leadership and management skills
